Indicaions And Recomanded Dosage
Take one ampoule a day diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice on an empty stomach, preferably before breakfast (can also be taken straight out of the ampoule).
Shake the ampoule before use. The liquid of Luminous Gold is very thick, we recommend that you add a little water to the empty ampoule to get all of the product out. Do not exceed the daily recommended daily dose.
This product is not recommended for children or for pregnant or breast-feeding woman.
For best results this product should be used as part of a varied and kilojoule controlled diet and a balanced lifestyle.
