Where do Aimee products come from?
All Aimee labeled products are produced in our laboratories under strict standards quality and control. Collagen Lift Paris products are produced in France by Collagen Lift Paris.
I'm a legal entity. Can I buy Aimee products?
Yes, Aimee honors the orders of legal entities. In order to receive the tax invoice with the company data, please enter the data that will be requested upon registration or during the order process.
How do I proceed if I want the delivery to be made at a different address than the one specified in my client account?
In this situation, during the order process, you will have the option to enter the information corresponding to the desired delivery address.

I forgot my account password. How do I proceed?
If you don't remember your account password, click the Forgot your password link available on the Security settings page
How do I change my account data?
In order to change the data in the client account you must first login. Then click the Edit button in the My Personal Data section.
Do I have to have an account to buy?
No. Creating a user account is optional.
Can I change an order issued?
If you would like to change an order, please contact us using the contact form on the site. Don't forget to specify the order ID, which you can find in the Order history section of the My Account page.
Can I find information about previous orders?
You can check the history of the orders placed on the site by accessing the Order history section in your account.
