Orders are delivered from our headquarters in Bucharest and arrive at the destination within 1-3 working days from the registration of the order. All orders registered in our system before 2:00 PM are dispatched the next day and arrive at the destination on the next working day. Orders registered after 2:00 PM arrive at their destination within 3 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on the volume of orders recorded.
Costs and methods of transport
The products are delivered through DPD and Sameday. Transportation on Romanian territory costs 17 RON, regardless of the payment method chosen.
For orders outside Romania, the transport cost varies based on the area/zone to witch the consignee belongs.
Zone 1: Hungary, Greece, Bulgaria – 30 RON
Zone 2: Slovakia, Italy, Germany, Austria, Moldova – 90 RON
Zone 3: Spain, Slovenia, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Latvia, France, Estonia, Denmark, Belgium, Czech Republic, Croatia – 120 RON
Zone 4: Finland, Portugal, Sweden – 230 RON
Zone 5: Cyprus, Ireland, Malta – 220 RON
Zone 6: United Kingdom (UK) – 240RON
For orders outside Romania, only payment by card is acceped.
